[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The singer 64S sewing machine is so easy to use and so handy! I really love how quickly I can sew my items with this machine. It is very quiet and has many great features that help make the job easier. I have always loved this brand and I really enjoy this machine.

I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with an instruction manual and was not able to find it on the website. I had request it from the company and print about 20 pages of the manual. However, so far it's working as described.

It's just the type of machine that I was looking to do my heavy sewing when it need to

have tried to make the stitch straight, I have been constantly but the seams are slant. Also when I'm sewing something thick the machine jumps a bit, which makes me not want to use it. I wrote to ask what it could be, no one gave me an answer, and I have requested the label 5 times to return it and I don't get any. I don't like this poor and bad service, it doesn't make sense to have a sewing machine packed because it doesn't give me the stitch I need. Please give me the label for returns the sewing machine and get my money back.

Returned within an hour. It was not smooth running and jammed. I have been sewing for years and are familiar with many makes but this was truly disappointing.
