the stiching is beautiful. The foot pedal does not work, no matter whatsoever I do. It's a good thing it has an auto sew button on it or I would not be able to use the machine at all. No method to get help in fixing the problem.

Poor Quality
If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased this less than a month ago. I made one item. The bobbin mechanism keeps getting out of alignment and breaking needles. I purchased this as a backup machine for my 17-year old Confidence 7470. Definitely not the same quality. As a lifelong Singer user, I will not purchase a Singer in the future.
