Cuts ironing less than half LOVE it

This is very heavy and very hot. If you want to know what super heated steam at 450F feels like, get up close and personal with this machine. It has cut down my ironing from 6 hours to 2 hours. and it makes a professional hotel finish. King Size sheets are a little bit difficult, but just make sure that they are not bone dry and be patient. If you try to rush, then expect some burns, as you have to use the full plate for best efforts. Try not wearing short sleeves and maybe use some gloves, or else enjoy the burns, they sure do sting. I wanted hot and I got it. This is a great product, but KEEP THE KIDS AWAY from it.

If i could rate a zero i would. Broke within days, seller support is non-existent, unable to find Singer center that can service machine.

I followed all the instructions exactly and it scolded my white pillowslip and left yellow water marks on first use. Luckily I tested on old pilow slip first. I used demineralised water as instructed and used the steam button held 3 inches from item and pressed for no more than 3 seconds to test it out and not happy with result at all. Big yellow stains all over the fabric.

No matter what I've tried, On-Off only comes on occasionally. And then, Mode Select DOES NOT WORK, and The Press DOES NOT HEAT. G-r-r-r-r-R ! ! AT this point of frustration, I can write the entire “Instruction Manual” from memory.
