Works well
I bought this heavy duty model after the fancier C model I ordered was defective and so was its replacement exchange. So its not the machine I wanted. However since I got it it works great, zero issues. Just wish it had some of the features that attracted me to the other model in the first place.

No instructions
It's so far easy and great sewing machine. The thing that is not ok is the fang that none of these machines come with instructions You have to download then pay to print. Not sure why I can't give a four star.

Works well
It's fast and goes over denim layers nicely. The reverse button doesn't always reverse, not sure why. It has a drop in bobbin, needle down or up button, decorative stitches, and it performs as advertised. Not as heavy duty as my old Singer from the 90's.

Just save your money for an industrial or juki
I've had this machine for a little over 2 years and have had to get it repaired like twice and it still is giving my issues

Just 3 hours after opening and using the turn wheel got stuck and would not turn anymore. took it completely apart, doused it with oil and seems to be moving again. such a shame for a brand new machine!!! now I have oil coming out of every crack :0(

Why I don't like my new sewing machine
Can't get the tension worked out correctly. No instruction manual, one suggested on line hardly fits my model. No one close by to get 1 hour class....shall I go on?
