SINGER® Heavy Duty 64S Sewing Machine

I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with an instruction manual and was not able to find it on the website. I had request it from the company and print about 20 pages of the manual. However, so far it's working as described.

have tried to make the stitch straight, I have been constantly but the seams are slant. Also when I'm sewing something thick the machine jumps a bit, which makes me not want to use it. I wrote to ask what it could be, no one gave me an answer, and I have requested the label 5 times to return it and I don't get any. I don't like this poor and bad service, it doesn't make sense to have a sewing machine packed because it doesn't give me the stitch I need. Please give me the label for returns the sewing machine and get my money back.

Returned within an hour. It was not smooth running and jammed. I have been sewing for years and are familiar with many makes but this was truly disappointing.

So nice to have a sewing machine that works! Easy to operate. Good solid construction! Love the extension table too!

This handles heavy duty materials like boat canvas and leather great. It has strong piercing power and sews very quickly and accurately. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Singer sewing machine to give sewing another try. It takes some time learning how to thread it correctly and make your bobbins. I have been trying to use it everyday to start getting the hang of it. Right now I am enjoying just playing around with it and trying out all the different stitch patterns on some material I bought. Once I find a pattern for some chair covers that will be the my first sewing project. The sewing machine is light and has a handle on the top for easy carrying. It comes with some accessories and has a small tray to store them in. It even comes with a light weight cover for it.

She makes a lot of handmade costumes and was having problems with needles breaking on her old machine with denim and leather fabrics. She says this heavy duty machine is truly worth the purchase if you're working on anything with thicker fabrics. She hasn't broken a needle on this machine yet and is thrilled with the design and ease of use.
