COMPANY DISORGANIZED AND SLOW
Ordered in Aug. 2026. Received machine but was defective so I requested replacement. They did send Fedex the next day to pickup but now it's Sept 2026 and I still haven't received. Contacted company and they're going to investigate why they haven't sent a replacement. I now just need to be reimbursed at this point. A month to receive product is way too long.
