These are very good scissors . They're a little tight to operate it first but then my hands are 86 years old . I put a little d.w. 40 on mine and let them rest for a few minutes and wipe them good and clean that seem to loosen up the gear and them . But they are nice wait and cut very well

These scissors are great. They come as a 2 pack, so I keep one in my craft basket and one in the laundry room. They cut through even thick fabric effortlessly and without putting stress on your fingers. Here in NOLA we costume and parade throughout the year, and these scissors will make costume creation that much easier.

These are the best scissors I have ever owned. Since it came in a 2 pack I used one for sewing and one for the kitchen. I am equally pleased with both uses. These cut so smooth I am sold on these forever. They are more expensive than my regular kitchen sheers but they are worth it.

My wife likes to sew a lot from small outfits for the grandchildren all the way up to quilts for our children. She also makes a lot of quilts for her small business. Most of the scissors she has are dull and when you sharpen them, they still don't cut the thick materials. I saw these Singer scissors in the store and felt the blades and wow are they sharp. So sharp that I could shave with them so be careful with these around children. The handles are very comfortable and the various sizes make it easy for different projects. We definitely recommend these scissors.

These Singer scissors are very high quality. The scissors are super sharp and cut through most everything with ease. I have used them most recently making food saver bags to preserve meat in the freezer. You don't even have to chop, these scissors just glide through.

I never thought I could get excited about scissors, but here I am! I am very excited! These are extremely sharp, fit my hand very well and the blades are long! I used them on various types of fabric, paper and cardboard. Still very sharp and the cuts are precise. I love these so much I'm hiding them, so my kids don't use and lose them! I highly recommend these for any sewer! Or any other use you have for scissors that are easy to grip and extremely sharp!

These scissors cut really well. I haven't tried to go through multiple layers yet but they cut like butter right now really smooth. They are a touch bit hard to open it first but that's probably just because they're new but easy to hold and cuts well.

The Singer ProSeries 9.5 Scissors are great for cutting fabric, their large and heavy duty, they have a easy grip handle and their easy to use , the 8.5 Scissors i use to cut paper and other crafts it work well also has the easy grip and smooth cutting, the color is nice and love the Guarantee.

They are very thin. The scissors are very light-weight -- I don't think the scissors are going to be able to handle some of the thicker fabrics such as Jersey and thick cottons. I expected more when I saw the words "Singer" "Professional" and "Heavy Duty."
