Excellent machine and price
It is light to pick up. It is important to watch Utube on how to thread. You must start from the middle and work outwards. 1.2,3,4 start with 4 then 4 then 2 then 1. Because a couple of thread need to be on top of upper and lower needles. After that down load a manual as it is not provided. Then see diagram which is too stitch and middle snd bottom stitches in order to adjust the controls on top. When you thread the machine be sure to have a flashlight and maybe magnify glass to see the left side inside machine where thread goes. Also utube has tips on changing threads so you dont have to retread the machine. You tie a knot of new thread and pull thru and the cut off knot. Simple trick. Have fun!

I like the machine. I only ordered 1 machine. I was charged for 2 machines. 2 delivered abd I sent it bach. Still have not received my refubd. Brandon said he would look into it. Still nothing

Needles keep breaking. Needles are expensive.
Area where loopers need to be threaded is small and threading is complicated. Lighting is insufficient.

I like the free arm
Ive I ordered this machine twice because i like the free arm on it. both times machine arrived damaged or missing parts.

TRASH TRASH TRASH DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This machine was PURE TRASH. I've owned several sergers as well as commercial machines. I purchased this because the foot pedal of my other singer serger went out all of a sudden I'm about to just rid of all singers and go Janome. I say again PURE TRASH‼️‼️‼️ not to mention it makes an obnoxiously loud noise
