Singer SE9180 Computerized Sewing and Embroidery Machine with Bonus Singer Luggage Set

Received a used machine as a Christmas gift. The box arrived and had obviously been retaped several times. Upon opening the machine up, it didn't have the usual secure tape like most new machines do. Nonetheless, I got it out and began setting it up. I had serval issues with it. All seemed to be technical issues. When I contacted Singer, they walked me through the setting only to discover that someone else had previously owed thia machine. There is an option in there to name the machine, and she left her name there. I contacted the place above where it was purchased, but no luck. They never answered phone calls. I would NOT recommend doing business with this crappy customer service business understand any circumstances. Save yourself the trouble of getting someone else returned crap.
