I absolutely recommend this machine! Easy to use. It helps you step by step. And I sew everyday now. Endless possibilities to creating anything you could think of. Wish I could buy a BIGGER HOOP

I cannot get the threader to thread the machine and the button to adjust the needle does not work! I am watching the video and reading the manual so am hopeful it will come together.

i make guinea pig beds and hideouts and this was literally perfect. my old sewing machine stopped working and this came just in time!! never had an embroidery machine before so this was an amazing start. absolutely love this machine! great for embroidery with soooo many options and the app is super easy to use. also great for heavy duty sewing through thick fleece and batting layers. best machine ever!!

I just got my 9120 Sewing and Embroidery machine yesterday and i already love it. it does everything i need it for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with my new smart sewing and embroidery machine. It easily handles all the things I want to make. I'm still learning and practicing the embroidery feature. The cost was amazing compared to other machines on the market.

I like this machine so far. I have sewn a bag using foam as an interfacing and the only thing I see is that the pressor foot does not lift as high as my 6600C will lift. It did not handle the thickness as well either. I have not tried the embroidery yet. The machine runs smoothly and quieter than the 6600C. I am having trouble getting the needle threader to work properly. But i had the same issue with the 6600C, so it's probably just me. Overall, I am satisfied with the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It will sew a rope bowl, but sounds like it is struggling, not sure If I am doing anything wrong, Creativate doesn't have stitch settings for rope bowls just thick fabric

It's nice but honestly it's auto features are super noisy, and just doesn't seem to be as heavy duty as my Singer HD6380M. It just stops when it gets into thicker areas of fabric. I prefer to sew at a medium speed and shouldn't have to slow it down every single time I stop and restart while sewing. I do love the freedom of not using the foot pedal though. It should have an extension table with it as well, which is a feature I use everyday on my older model machine. Still learning the embroidery area, which was the main reason for my purchase. I like it but can't say I love it
