Great quick fix!

MadisonR March 31, 2026

Such a great quick fix for hems, small fixes, etc. quick and easy use and small enough to store easily so you can have it handy when needed. I definitely recommend as this is super simple and made very well.

The Singer Stitch Quick+ is a compact, cordless handheld sewing machine designed for quick fixes and simple projects, it mostly delivers on that promise, with a few caveats. The biggest strength use at convenience. The lightweight, battery-powered design makes it easy to grab for on-the-spot repairs, whether fixing a hem, patching a tear, or doing a small craft project. It can be used both handheld and on a tabletop, which adds flexibility compared to older single-mode handheld stitchers. Unlike many similar models, it uses a two thread stitching system which is more secure. This upgrade makes repairs more durable, especially on fabrics like cotton, polyester, or even light denim. It also came with some starter items like bobbins, needles, threader, seam ripper. Great for beginners or anyone who doesn't already have the extras. That said, it's definitely not a replacement for a full sewing machine. It's best suited for quick mending and light duty tasks, not detailed or large projects. There can also be quite a learning curve when it comes to using, threading, and maintaining consistent tensions. You have to handle th fabric carefully or else you can end up with uneven stitches. The bottom line is that the Singer Stitch Quick+ is a handy to to keep around for emergencies and small fixes. It's not ideal to replace a traditional sewing machine , but for quick, convenient mending, it's a solid option, especially for beginners or casual users.

Great design, poor results

RachaelF April 2, 2026

If this was easier to use it would be great because it's so lightweight but it's almost impossible to get the tension right and it kept stopping mid stitch so I had to use the hand roller multiple times to get it unjammed. The design is thoughtful with the handle being hollow to store thread and other small things like the needle threader and I love how compact it is but unfortunately the functionality just wasn't great :(

Not for beginners

JenniferM March 24, 2026

Well, I was raised by a master seamstress. She is a righty and I am not. Additionally, I took sewing in 7th grade, but after sewing on my hand, I was told I needed to change classes. On a whim, at 45, I thought this might be a fun project to try. I was wrong and I am grossly incapable of managing anything related to sewing. I spent roughly an hour and a half figuring out how to thread it, turn it on, and make it go. I will say, I did not hurt myself in the process, so that's a plus. Fairly safe as far as I am concerned. It is incredibly noisy, though. My brother was ready to slit my throat for just attempting to wind a bobbin. Bottom line, this may be wonderful for someone well versed in sewing. That is not me. I am a mess and also unable to use this little sewing machine.

This is acceptable

KesslyD May 4, 2026

It is made of good material, it is accurate, it works and it looks safe, but I did not like that it does not bring the cable to use it with current, it can also be used with batteries, but I must look for the cable to use it with current.

Decent

CarlyT March 30, 2026

Decent quality. It's easy to store because of how small it is, I do wish it had more power as it is only batter operated. But it preformed well, very reliable.

Unable to respond all questions about the item. Just got home from a back surgery. On bed rest.
