I just purchased an RV and I didn’t have enough space to fit a normal size Keurig machine. This works perfectly and works just as well as a Keurig. The water heats up fairly quickly and makes coffee super quick. I wouldn’t recommend this if multiple people are using this just cause it doesn’t have a water storage so filling it up does get annoying. Perfect for single person use tho! Would recommend!
This is a small coffee maker. It would be perfect for a dorm, small kitchen, or camper. It makes a great cup of coffee using k cups. I haven’t tried the reusable basket yet. Be aware. This coffee maker is too small for tall coffee tumblers. It works well with short mugs and disposable cups.
I'm in love with my new coffee maker! First, I used to have to brew coffee in a mug with my Keurig, then transfer it to my insulated coffee cup because it would not fit in the Keurig. Second, sometimes I used pods but ground coffee is so much cheaper, so I was using reusable K-cups for ground coffee, but water would leak out of the sides, and the Keurig just wouldn't function properly. This machine is designed for both! It knows you're using ground coffee, (because of your selection) and it adjusts! Water heats up in about 70 seconds and comes out very hot! Great machine!
I love my single server coffee maker. How wonderful to just be able to make a single cup of coffee without worrying about waisting unused coffee. It's also very easy to clean and it takes up very little space. I love the fact that my coffee tastes like well coffee! I highly recommend this to everyone. Thank you.
I love this cute little coffee maker. I like that it’s small and doesn’t take all the counter space up. Its the size of a half gallon of milk. It does coffee ground but I use K-cup pods that you can get from any grocery store. It’s low price and it works very well. Definitely recommend to buy for your home.
Thus coffee maker is the perfect size for my office! It doesn't take up much space. Works perfect with kcup pods and makes great coffee! Glad we got it!
I applaud this company for making a coffee maker that handles both K-Cup pods and ground coffee. The unit is small and fits into any space. The red color is an added bonus for me. It did have an odor, probably due to being packaged in plastic for awhile. So, instead of cleaning with water before first use, I used the normal cleaning process of vinegar and water. That helped with the odor. The holder for the ground coffee is a little small to add the ground coffee without spilling it. It is best done over the sink. The K-Cup pod fits nicely in the unit, but the piercing piece could be a little sharper.
I've only had this coffee pot a short time, approx two weeks. So far it great, and I'm very happy with it. Makes a cup of coffee in what seems like seconds. Easy to clean, small and takes very little space. I'll come back and update after about 6 months. I say this because my sister bought a Kerig, and paid more than twice what I paid for this one. Her machine quit working after 4 or 5 weeks. So we will see if I have the same experience ... sure hope not! If I have one complaint ... not really a complaint, more like ... if I could change something about it ... The pot has two rubber feet on the front, but none on the back. It's just the plastic that slides in the back and the front barely grips, so the machine slides everytime you touch it. This is a manufacturer flaw, in my opinion.
the top wasn't easy to open or close
First of all, I tried to upload pictures three times, but the site would not accept them. This coffee maker has some pros and cons going on for it. The PROS: It is small so it would be good for a dorm room, a kitchen without a lot of counter space, or a camper used for traveling. It brews coffee very fast and very hot. It can be used with K-cup coffee pods you buy in the store. It also includes a permanent filter you can fill with grounds from your favorite brand of coffee. The CONS: The latch that holds down the top is not very sturdy. If that latch breaks, it will still brew coffee with the top open slightly. But, when it is done brewing, it releases a blast of super-heated steam which could burn someone standing near it. You cannot use wide or tall coffee mugs. It has a small rubber pad to go under the coffee cup, but it slides around , is not attatched to the machine and could be easily lost. There is not any type of gauge to show the water level in the reservoir. There are marking inside the water compartment to show how high the water is, but you need to shine a flashlight inside the machine to read those markings. The power switch lights up during the brew cycle and then it shuts off. I have owned other single brew machines that a power light stays on and they also have brew lights. I prefer this type because it pre-heats the water and then brews a second cup quicker. If more than one person is drinking coffee, you have to refill the water in this machine to brew more than one cup.
