Sink or Float Super Kit

I got this on sale with the intention to use it in homeschool, and it is not even worth the sale price. The product box is nice, but when I opened it, it contains a plastic bag (much smaller than the product box) with items like a paper clip, paper condiment cup, crayon, small piece of tin foil, plastic bottle cap, cotton ball, balloon, feather, button. I wish I had looked at the product listing more closely, because these cheap/simple items are all you get along with a small booklet. It would be so easy to find these items or similar items around your house to do a sink or float experiment yourself without spending money on this. Because the price was good (I thought before I saw the contents), I bought 2 of these (one to gift). I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift because when you open the box and see what's inside, it's like someone collected little items from their house and put them in a Ziploc bag. This kit will make a fine sink or float experiment but like I wrote, you could do a fine one with items from around your house instead of spending money on this. As far as the booklet goes, it would be super easy to look this up on the Internet. They don't even give you more than one of each item. There is literally one cotton ball, one paper condiment holder, and one feather (all can only be used once to experiment with). Imagine this at the $15 full price! There is really no reason to purchase this.
