I love this lighter. Way better then butane in alot of ways and the battery lasts awhile and the arcs qre on the top unlike most others with them surrounded and it limits what you can light but with this one you can light way more. I highly recommend

I bought one of these for my husband for Christmas and we are really pleased with the quality of this lighter. It does what it says it does. Stays lit, waterproof, windproof. Also, it's rechargeable with a regular micro USB cable and not something special just for these lighters. That way you're not hosed if you lose it. The only thing that would make this lighter better is if it had a removable lid. We found that you can't light a candle (in a jar) with it. The flip up lid gets in the way and doesn't allow you to get close enough to the wick. I think this should be good for most other things though. We're still happy with this purchase.

Charging cord and charging port broke after only a few uses, lighter worked great but useless because of this.
