I bought this as a Christmas gift to my girl friend and she absolutely loves it! The sound is great and the overall sturdiness of the hoverboard itself is amazing!

bought for 9 yr old granddaughter. Works great . Also bought the sit down seat that turns it into a zero turn. She loves it .

We bought 4 for our granddaughters and grandsons. They are loving them and so are the parents. I think the parents will use them as much as the kids. Lights are visible both day and night. Waiting to see how they do on all terrains, weather has not been cooperating.

We bought two hoverboards for our daughters for Christmas. Pros: The big tires made it nice to ride on grass or gravel. Cons: The battery life is not great, definitely not what it says it is even on a full charge. You can barely hear the Bluetooth speaker even turned up. But the worst part is after about a week the hoverboards started “lagging” when trying to turn. For example, when you lean to turn it hesitates then jerks into the turn. This made it too dangerous for them to ride. They also vibrate like crazy when going forward even on a smooth surface. I messaged the company trying to seek a remedy or advice or even to exchange as maybe we got faulty products - sadly they never responded. We cannot return them through Walmart, either. I would not recommend spending your money on this product as both the quality and customer service are lacking.

Worked great at first but then wither the third use the Bluetooth stoped working. Now when you turn it on it spazzes out goes on its own shakes like it's having a seizure. Super cool concept with the big tires but computer and electronics isn't good.

We ordered 3 of these for our kids. They're slower than other hoverboards and one started malfunctioning and shaking within a month of use and the company won't respond to emails or calls. I thought I was buying the “upgraded” hoverboard, but that's not the case.

Was very disappointed due to the hoverboard would not operate on any of the surfaces that it was advertised to operate on. The only place it would go on was the highway which he could not go on unless someone was with him and it's too heavy to carry out to the highway. We had a cheaper hoverboard that worked better than this one
