Harness is very well made and Customer Care was exemplary. I ordered too large in error, and Dr was quick to confirm my body size by email and made a switch to the small harness for me at same price. I waited a while to write a review, to see if I liked the harness enough to recommend it. I DO! This harness takes some getting used to. May be easier for a man's chest-- I had to add some rib padding to get a comfort level. For shorter, smaller stature (like me) I might recommend a slightly narrower chest band. Otherwise ... thumbs up. DO watch the video! Up to three minutes is all that is recommended to start and I could only handle about ONE minute for the first several days. I now use a couple times a week and find one or two minutes is all the relief and stretch I need. Lumbar area is much improved.

My house has eight foot tall doors. Even with the straps lengthened to their longest A butcher with a wicked sense of humor point the harness is at nearly at my arm pits. Does the job but not that comfortable as it digs into the arm pits.
