Works great & fast. Tastes good. Makes a big difference for my workouts. Never going to go to the gym without it. I'm a woman in my 30s and don't always feel like working out after work but this changes everything and gives the motivation I need. Plus way cheaper than gnc.

Taste's very good, just like pink lemonade. Gets my energy going and makes me focus, exactly what it's suppose to do. Awesome product for the money.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. No jitters, just helps you go longer and harder at the gym and definitely helps focus. You will likely get a brain tingle from the amount of beta-alenine in it, so don't freak out if you feel that…it's actually supposed to happen!

I've tried every flavor and this is by far my fav. It's not the strongest Pre workout by any means but I can feel the tingle if I take it half an hour before I workout.

Gets me to the gym every time. I used to use Athlean X's pre-workout, but that one is 2.5 times more expensive for the same amount of caffeine, but less creatine/betaine anhydrous! I weigh 185 lbs and use 1.5 scoops

I am giving this product 5 stars even though it was not a good fit for me. It does what it says. You will get a great pump for your workout. I had the fruit punch flavor and it was actually really tasty (very sweet) However it gave me horrible headaches and bad heart palpitations. The caffeine was just to much for my body to handle, and I only used one scoop. I will be returning mine and getting something that is caffeine free. I highly recommend you stay away from this product if you are caffeine sensitive! Otherwise this product would be perfect! especially at the price $14.97 you just cant beat that!

Great pre workout

If you are, like me, budget conscious about supplement then this is the perfect spot to save a few bucks. You do not get the crazy hair itching like Kobra drinks or something like that but it does wake you up, get you alert, and if you do not use creatine you will notice a quick muscle gain and size increase if you're dieting obviously. Overall it's worth every penny.

In case anyone's wondering, this stuffs high in caffeine so beware of that if you get side effects. It would have been nice if they said that in the front or at least showed it in the nutrition facts instead of having to read through the paragraph to find out. Other than that it works pretty good.
