This product is great. It is very cost effective and gives you the energy you need to put out a couple of more reps per set. I work long hours and get little time for sleep and was looking for a way to boost my energy during my workout. this product definitely did just that. I combined it with "muscle tech's clear muscle" and noticed a significant increase in energy and exercise quantity/quality output. I mean I have been taking this for a while(2 weeks maybe) I am not 100% sure how much this is working but I have noticed a slightly more elevated training performance. But I have noticed a bit more gain after a few weeks with my current training regiment.
