SJK Storm Guide Mens XL Black/Estate Blue Rain Jacket

This review is about the SJK jacket. This is a parka styled garment that is wonderfully made. I like the pocket features on the chest area, one on each side. This garment also has two regular side pockets. All of the pockets on this parka can be zipped for ones convenience. The zippers are flat and have zipper pulls attached for easier access. There is a hood as well, it is removable by unzipping it. The hood also has a drawstring like feature that allows me to adjust the hood to fit closer around my face. The bottom of the SJK parka is equipped with another drawstring like feature so that the parka fits closer at the bottom if desired. One of my favorite features about this item is the fact that it comes all the way up around the neck area, which I prefer on windy days. The wrists have velcro adjustments for ones preferred fit. There is a small SJK logo on the upper left hand chest area of the jacket, which I like, and it makes this garment even more intriguing. The SJK parka has a full zipper up the front and one snap button at the very bottom and at the neck for extra closure, and in between those two snaps are velcro snaps for even more security. This garment is lightweight and absolutely waterproof. I am about 230 lbs and a 2X fits great. This is an extremely beautiful garment and I highly recommend it.

This is a great jacket. It is very protective against wet weather conditions without weighing the wearer down. It is perfect for the Louisiana weather where I live. The material is sturdy and feels like it will hold up well over time. It is thinner than it looks in the pictures.

As it's only the winter I can only say this is going to be great in the spring. It's light weight and the sleeve openings are adjustable to keep the rain out on the wild spring days we have in PA. The colors look very flattering together and as a woman this jacket would look good on both sexes

Living in the “great white north”, there hasn't been much opportunities to give this lightweight rain coat a wear. We had a “false spring” for a few days which also brought rain, so this was able to get some use. It truly held up to the rain. I wish I had gotten the next size up to wear over my winter coat during snowy days. It was perfect during 60 degree days with a sweatshirt underneath. The adjustable straps on the wrists are great also, keeping the elements out. The pockets are very plentiful (4 total, but also large in size) to bring along your personal items without carrying any extra accessories, while also keeping them dry. The only thing that I feel could use improvement is the adjustment at the waist. While great in theory, the fastener does not hold on the string if it is pulled on slightly beyond where the adjustment was placed. Overall though, this jacket is definitely great for the warmer outdoor days.

This SJK Storm Guide Parka Black/Estate Blue XL is awesome!!!!! It's very very nice very very high quality! It is extremely comfortable yet sturdy and just overall it's amazing. I absolutely love the black and blue combo, very manly and masculine yet as a girl it looks great as a “dad” oversized look! Haha but all in all it's great! We haven't really had any rain in California recently but can't wait to wear it out when it rains and test it out but it's excellent for the cold weather; stylish and extremely comfortable! I love the hoodie detail also it's awesome. Highly recommend!

this jacket is very light weight and stylish. it is water proof and sizing is just right. this is perfect for those football games or anything else you need to donin the rain. i good idea to have one in the trunk of your car for those emergencies. a must have.

This parka is really nice! It is the same quality as high dollar sporting good store brands. It has a nice weight to it and the fabric is waterproof and breathable. The hood is nice and large and the zippers are nice. I am impressed with this jacket and will be buying more of this brand.

I love this parka so beautiful design and style. This jacket has amazing material it looks good. My husband wear medium/large jacket it fits him well. This jacket has good pockets to keep stuffs like keys, wallet and phone to protect from rain. I love it and recommend to others.

I received this product in exchange for my fair and unbiased review. This parka reminds me if a raincoat, it is lightweight and does not have a thick lining, so it will be good for the Spring and fall seasons. In my opinion it might run a little bit small. My son is 15 years old, weighs around 150 pounds and is 5 ft 10 inches tall and it fit him just right (I received a size Large). This jacket seems well constructed and since my son enjoys hiking, this jacket will come in handy, especially if it starts to rain. The reason I gave it four put of five stars is because of the jacket running a bit small. Please take that into consideration when buying this jacket.

This parka is just the weight great for the south. It's not too heavy and a good for those rainy days. Because it doesn't get as cold here, this can be worn from winter into late summer. The blue and dark blue is very versatile and appropriate for a range of ages.
