SK 7" Drop Forged Shears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the SK 7 inch heavy duty, all purpose shears in exchange for my honest review of the product. These shears feature high quality drop forged steel blades designed for multipurpose cutting tasks and appear to be very durable. I really like the economic handle with the anti-slip vinyl coating. It provided a comfortable firm grip and did not affect my hands at all while using on my outdoor chores. They also came equipped with a spring lock mechanism so I could safely store my shears. I have to admit these cutting shears are very versatile for use on a wide range of materials. they easily cut through rubber, leather, wire, metal sheets, plastic, and my garden twigs. I am very pleased to add these to my outdoor and indoor tool chest for their versatility to cut thru anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These 7 inch forged shears were SO needed in my household! For starters, they feel really nice in the hand. These puppies aren't going to slip and you'll not lose any leverage. These shears cut through everything. I originally used them to cut dried branches for holiday decorations. They cut through old dried wood cleanly and without any splintering. I've used them to spatchcock a turkey and to cut down my giant flower stalks that were an inch in diameter. These are great.

It helps cut packages open and many things you wouldn't think of, for simple task. I've used it for cutting wiring for my craft wreaths too. It's works better than some other shears I already have on hand. It would be good to have one of these as kitchen shears too, it works better than those that come in kitchen sets.

THIS BAD BOY CUT THROUGH 0.5" RUBBER GYM MAT LIKE BUTTER. Husband was previously using a box cutter and hacking the mats to size them. We are converted fans and will be buying these products going forward! They also have a life time warranty!!

There is a handy slide lock that holds them closed and unlocks easily with a quick push. I used them to trim up a few peach trees for the winter and the shears cut through the branches with ease leaving clean cuts. The shears are a great size and fit perfectly in my hands. The textured grip helps me keep a solid hold of them while working. I definitely recommend these shears.

I used them to cut some small branches off of my front tree. I also used them to cut through some old cable wires that were here before we bought the house. They are great to have around the house for when you need them.

These blades were perfect for every tiny detail. Sharp crisp edges. They are very strong and durable. They wipe clean to maintain the blade sharpness. It's comfortable for my hands as well as my husband's hands. That was a big deal to me since he has very big hands. This is a toolbox must have.

I had an old off brand pair that barely cut through butter anymore and these are such an improvement. They make a clean cut with ease. They locked close so they don't cut up my tool bag and they are comfortable to hold in my hand.

They are not overly heavy but they do have a nice weight to them so they don't feel flimsy at all. They are extremely sharp and they make cuts so easily and cleanly. They are such a versatile tool.
