this bird house is well constructed; offers options for bird species; designed for easy cleaning and monitoring; has a porch for assisting in feeding the baby birds. We encourage more people to become involved in helping purple martins who rely on man-made bird houses. This gourd design is excellent.

It is a little tricky trying to put this one together, but it is well worth the effort. This is a great bird house and can be set up for different types of birds depending on how you set up the door to the house. It is easy to clean and will last for years.

The product was of good quality and the pricing was reasonable and the product came pack very well ,product was easy to put together and had no problems with direction .. If I need more of this product would certainly buy this again as I will like to add more to my project.. Thank you

This is the first year we got purple martins in these guards so we thought we should bye more for next year very great product the birds had no problem using them

I bought 6 of these last year and the purple martins moved in about the end of March. So I decided to add some more for this year. I had the tunnel entrance on the gourds from last year and believe I will add them to the new gourds this winder

Nicely built large, bird house with easy clean out access. It was a bit awkward screwing it together as my ratchet screwdriver was too thick to fit in the channels. A regular long-shafted screwdriver is fine, though. I decorated it with permanent marker since it seemed a bit too white. Not sure how long that'll last in the elements. I may buy another depending on whether birds actually use it.

This product seems well built and is quite simple to assemble. The options for the entrance opening size should help isolate larger birds from moving in or accessing the young. The large clean out access will be nice when that time comes and because they are a plastic material, you can wash them out as well! Only time will tell as to the success of the Bluebirds actually liking these but I have to say , they should last for many years!! My only concern is that there wasn't any hanger provided with them.

Good for a gourd house, but I wouldn't buy another. In order to keep it cool for summer you have to purchase extra items that do not come with it. Also, you can purchase other things like owl guard but i'd rather see them in store to buy at same time I bought the house.

I bought the Tree swallow bird house that looks like a gourd and just put it up a few days ago. I liked the light color of it but it looks like a milk jug hanging in the tree from a distance

I ordered 6 of these, they did not come, after 2 weeks late, I had to call and ask where they were. I was told the company they were to be shipped from was "out of business". Northern Tool did not know this and did not let me know. Not good Northern Tool.
