Wrong size was being sent. New size 11 and was going to receive size 7.5 When I called to mention the mistake I was very disappointed and couldn't believe the order was canceled and I received credit and didn't have to get the shoes and have to go through returning to the store. I don't know the name of who helped me but I am so very thankful. Such excellent customer service. If you know the name of the person who helped me they really need to be highly recommended for best customer service I've ever experienced!

I absolutely love these shoes! If I could, I would never wear anything else. I scoured the internet looking to buy another pair of this particular shoe and found them on Walmart.com. I bought two pairs, and wish they had more in my size. I can't recommend these shoes highly enough. They feel amazing on my feet!

These are perfect for people that have a hard time bending down to put on their shoes…or for those super lazy. I will say the push from the foot into the shoe heel is not a simple glide. Older people would have to have strength to put and push heel of foot into the shoe. Bought for my MIL and she does not have strength/effort to push her foot inside the shoe

I've been shopping for the perfect sneakers for months. i'm hard on them, so I don't want to spend much money, and I don't want shoes made of plastic. These are COMFORTABLE, lightweight, and breathable. I like a wide fit to keep my toes in a healthy position, and these fit PERFECTLY. Right after I finish this review, I'm ordering another pair. I also like the lace-up look and color. Fantastic!

I found these sneakers to be more comfortable than I expected them to be! I have plantar fasciitis, spinal fusions, and chronic pain. I wore these for a while one day right after getting them and walked quite bit as well, my feet didn't hurt like they usually do! I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend.

I have to be honest,after reading the reviews i was scared but i love these, i have plantar fasciitis and these shoes feel like a dream. i wear them from anywhere to 5 to 10 hours a day and they're very comfortable and last all day. would highly recommend.

I have a few pairs of these shoes. They are comfortable and easy to walk in. I have a bad back and it can be difficult finding comfortable shoes. I am not impressed with the all out style of them but I do like these shoes very much as far as comfort. I have a high arch and some of the shoes can aggravate the top of my feet by pressing on them and these do a little as well but other than that I do like wearing the shoes. I have had many pairs of Skechers over the years due to the way they feel on my feet and truly like the brand. I dont care for all the shoes they make so when I find a few ones I like I tend to buy several of the same ones just in case they stop making a particular style. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

I was looking for a slip on sneaker .I saw this shoe and decided to purchase it . Unfortunately in the description , it had stated rubber sole however when the shoes arrived , the soles were a lightweight material and not rubber Flexibility was good as well as the support unfortunately , I prefer a true rubber sole and this shoe did not meet my expectations

Sketcher shoes are not generally cheap in price, so I expected them to have some decent comfort, especially since they are called walking shoes. I walked on the treadmill one time with these and never again I tried adding an insert under the ball of my foot and unfortunately, since they are elastic shoelaces, they were too tight. Sadly, I threw the box away, so I can't return these.
