Skelcore 18" Massage Roller Bar for Relieving Muscle Soreness, Cramping, Tightness

That sort of rolls in certain places, but is steady in others, which allows you to prop it against your back or other muscles. It's nice. I like it. I sort of wish I had a longer one too, but this one is a great starter stick.

The beads are free rolling and create smooth movement across my lower back. The bar can be used on just about any muscles. The handles have a soft grip making it easy to use.

Right after I opened the package, I rolled it on my husband's back and he was like, "Woah!" It really helps loosen all those tight knots in your muscles and it doesn't hurt or feel like it's mashing too hard. My husband is always asking me to rub his back and calves, but unfortunately my hands cramp up very quickly. This massage bar had come to the rescue and I (and my hands) appreciate it so much!

We appreciate its length and the rolling beads work so well in relaxing our muscles or helps with the back pain especially after sitting for a long time. My toddler thinks it's fun to roll the bar on my back, win-win for both of us.

The 18 inch length and grip on each end made it easy to reach my mid and lower back, which is the hardest area for me to find muscle relief. I like the comfort of the soft grip on the handles. The middle of the bar has four rolling beads that make moving the bar smooth and easy. I like that I am able to apply as little or much pressure as I need and can reach harder-to-reach areas. I could feel muscle relief right after using the massage bar.

I use this for after workouts when my muscles are extra sore or in between when I just need a light massage. It's light enough so that I can take this anywhere, it even fits great in my gym bag.

This bar helps the most on my thighs since my new job is more of a desk job. Helps to loosen the muscles so I can walk after a long day of sitting. The beads are not as rough on the body so it doesn't leave marks, but are strong enough to massage large parts in one go.

In order to use it any where else on your body, someone would have to do it for you. Maybe it's only for legs?
