Very easy to use and manageable it helps when you need that quick fix instantly and does not take up much space I used it on my shoulders and legs it was nice and relaxing and my body felt better. I recommend it to those in need of a fast massage.

It really does help me and loosens up all my tight muscles. I have Fibromyalgia and Ankylosing Spondylitis so my body is usually really in chronic pain. Massage really does help me with the tight muscles.

This little massager has helped a lot. It really helps get the knots out. My daughter likes it to. She will ask me to rub it down her back she says it makes it feel better. Would recommend

Talk about deep knot tension relief! I even used it on my partner and the smile he gave me after only a few minutes of use was picture perfect. It is small, cushioned, the rollers feel incredible and it definitely lives up to the description and expectations! I would recommend this product too anyone I meet. Absolutely amazing!!!

If I had any gripe with it, you'll need someone to perform the massage because if you want to do it on your back, you won't be able to reach it. It's comfortable, though, and even my little kids loved it. Great colors too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I pulled this roller out of the box I was not sure it would be any good. The plastic felt cheap. I tried it on my shoulder and neck and wasn't super impressed. My husband took it and rolled it up and down my back and I was shocked! It felt amazing! Perfect for sore muscles or joints, especially after a workout. If you have a sore back or shoulders you will want someone else to use it on you. The roller is not affective if you can't put both rollers on the sore area and apply pressure.

It is a simple hand held massager that you can throw in your gym bag for a quick roll to loosen tight muscles before or after a workout. The dual rollers work well for loosening the muscles but the design does make it a little hard to maintain consistent pressure. Overall I find it useful to keep my muscles loose and a good addition to my gym bag. I will continue to this pre and post workout.
