It really does help my feet because I have really bad achy feet and Ankylosing Spondylitis which while standing for a long period of time my feet are very painful. My favorite part about the product is that it is very small and lightweight so I can take it to the gym or take it anywhere very easily that I might need a quick foot massage.

It's easy to grip this roller in the palm of my hand even though my hands are quite small, and my fingers fit comfortably in the indentation that goes around the entire base that the wheel is in. The base is made of a hard plastic type of material. The wheel itself is also hard, but it has a slightly rubbery feel to it. The wheel rolls very smoothly across my skin and around the curves of my feet. This roller is so small that it can easily fit in a gym bag, a suitcase for travel or even a purse. I would definitely recommend this foot massage roller to anyone looking for easy-to-use, portable foot discomfort relief

It has pleasing colors and is relatively small which is great for travel convenience. I think maybe my foot is too large for the product. (I wear an 8.5 in womens) but when I'd try to use it, it would fall over and get knocked over. It doesn't have any sort of grip at the bottom where it sits on the floor. I would like to see his redesigned and made a bit wider with a base that adheres a little better to the floor.
