Totally worth getting.
This is exactly as described and as a skin care junkie its totally worth investing in it. Just read the usage instructions. This is just like getting something prescribed. Its extremely strong but after finding the right amount of times (and when to not use it and give my skin a break) I AM GLOWING!

Great product!
Per Dr. Dray, dermatologist (see You Tube), reviewed a trial/study that supports the same anti-aging results (improved collagen absorption with fewer fine lines and wrinkles) from the SkinMedica Retinol Complex when compared to Tretinoin. The main difference is that the SkinMedica product demonstrated less irritation and inflammation. I am very sensitive to tretinoin irritation and the SkinMedica works better for me: at least to this point I have been able to use the SkinMedica every night without breaks. I am grateful for less irritation and the anti-aging results I expect from Tretinoin.

Closest cream to prescription Retin A. I have been using this cream for several months and I do see a reduction in my fine lines. You need to follow the directions and take time to build up your tolerance before you can use it without peeling.

love it more than the next higher retinol based one. I do wonder if it's as effective. The 1.5 made my face peel and peel. Never stopped peeling and couldn't find an effective moisturizer.

Great!
It has been a while that I use retinol. My skin changed for the best two weeks after using it. Started with a lower concentration and worked my way up. So worth it!

Seller sent broken bottle that appears used
This came broken and used. The lid was bent on and when it opened the access to the pump mechanism was impossible, instead the tube section opened and blobbed the cream everywhere.
