I'm a dedicated user of SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum for 5 years of daily use. And at age 60 I believe it's contributing to keeping my face healthy and fresh. The best part is the price... about $50 less than purchasing through my dermatologist.

Skinmedica
Arrived on time. Appears to be somewhat thinner and not as creamy as what I'm accustomed to from Skinmedica for the past 15 years, but I'll wait to see how my skin reacts.

The pumps did not work properly. They didn't dispense evenly. A lot of money for a flawed product

This is a Fake Product!
I've used TNS Advanced Serum many times and this one from Walmart is not the real product. When dispensing a single pump only one side comes out and the other side is empty. The packaging and the container look like the real thing. I would never recommend or purchase this from walmart again!
