SkinMedica Total Defense + Repair SPF34 2.3oz

I've been using the SkinMedica Total Defense & Repair SPF 34, 2.3 Oz everyday for the past week while I've been on vacation in Florida. My skin is often sensitive to sunscreen but I've had no reactions to this at all. It goes on very silky, it's not too thick, and definitely lasts a few hours in strong sun before reapplying. I've gotten a nice tan, no burn at all, and my skin is glowing with no breakouts! I also love that there is no fragrance with this sunscreen. Although it is pricey, I think it's worth it for sensitive skin or anyone who is in the sun daily. I have very fair, sensitive and very dry skin, so sunscreen is an absolute need for me for daily wear! I find the coverage is perfect and not too thick (which i hate with other sunscreens). On top of all that-- it moisturizes my face and has anti-aging qualities. I'm outside a lot playing tennis and riding my bike and I was looking for an SPF that would be light and offer protection and I am really happy with this product! The trouble with the over-the-counter SPFs are that when I perspire, so do they! This crème easily absorbed into my skin, I felt protected (and haven't gotten a sun-burn!) and I could be as active as I wanted, without having it melt on my face. the only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that I'd like it to have a higher SPF!

I was disappointed by this product overall. It smells too much like sunscreen and is slightly too thick/white to wear under makeup. However, I don't think its SPF is high enough to wear as actual sunscreen. After applying the product it took a few minutes to really sink in, after which it gave my skin a non-oily/matte-like finish.
