This is a amazing product and program! I am about 50 lbs over weight and have gained this since getting married. This is a great diet plan. It is easy to understand, the grocery list has easy to find items, and the menu is all laid out for you to keep the guess work out. I bought the chocolate and really find it surprisingly good. I have lost 4 pounds in 3 days and really have not been terribly hungry. I plan to stay with Skinny Jane until I reach my goal of 20 pounds.

I bought this because of the natural ingredients and am always leary of artificial ingredients. I need to loose several pounds and need motivation in the first week. I got it. The first week I lost 6 pounds. I am not hungry and don't think about food all day. The recipes for smoothies even appeal to my husband.

This product works and really tastes great! It was easy to stay up with this program because I got the strawberry flavor and it tasted just like a milk shake. I will continue to use this product and let others know of the effectiveness of this program. I lost a couple of pounds while using this and the TKO Knock Out Tea and am very pleased with the results.

I have tried many different types of diet products only to be disappointed as they did nothing but rob my wallet. The supplements I choose to take one before breakfast and one before lunch to help with appetite control.
