I did the 8 week challenge and loved it! First off the shipping was super fast! The shakes were super good! I liked that you didn't have to take pills timed out before each meal just in the morning for the burn and at night for the cleanse. My favorite part was the road map! I hate to cook and meal prep but every meal and snack was super easy and fast! At the ended of the challenge I've lost 20lbs! Best plan I've tried!

I believe this diet will work but some of the meals make me feel like I'm starving. Also I work full time and its kinda inconvenient to keep up with all the various meals, pack them and carry all the dishes back and forth each day. I'm concerned that I may just go back to eating fast food meals that satisfy me and I miss my occasional cocktail
