Skip Hop Farmstand Avocado Baby Stroller Toy

I am obsessed with avocados, so when I saw this toy I was so glad to have an excuse to buy it since I have a baby girl. It's simple but catches her eye and is perfect for her at 4 months old. I can easily hang it on her play mat or her carseat handle. My daughter seems to have fun with it. The only downside, and the reason I took off a star, is the VELCRO. It's a nice idea but it doesn't really work to hold both halves together. I don't like that it's so rough for my daughter so I used a seam ripper to remove the velcro completely. That renders that half pretty useless. I wish it at least had a face like the main half does. Overall I still recommend it!

This toy is one of my babys favorite toys! Such a soft plushy toy with a rattle in the middle!

I did not like like this toy as much as i thought i would. Cheaply made. The rattle sound is too soft and barely heard. And the avocado keeps closing as i shake it. Too expensive... I really wanted to like this toy.

I should start by saying that this family loves avocados, so an avocado toy was absolutely necessary for us. We love this soft toy. My son loves opening and closing the avocado. The velcro is not rough, so it does not hurt little fingers and closes well. The shaker is delightful. Soft and engaging. A house favorite.

An older kid borrowed it and promptly broke the stitching holding the 2 sides in alignment. It still works, the 2 sides just wobble around more now.

My daughter loves the avocado- especially the pot/rattle. My main problem is the ring that this comes on...it does not connect well/close title and has gotten worse being on the car seat...which is the whole point! Please change the ring!!

Got it and loved it! I wish it had a face on both sides, since the velcro doesn't hold it really well it would be better to leave it open. Cute rattle noise and super soft. Easy for baby to grab and squish.

This adorable avocado toy is super cute and plushy, and it keeps by baby entertained while riding in the car and stroller. he still doesn't actually grab it and play with it since he is so young, but he spends a lot of time just looking up at it. love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 month old really enjoys this toy, so I am glad we got it. But there are a few problems. There is a stray shred of plastic inside the bubble which isn't supposed to be there. The two halves barely stick together due the curved shape of the toy. Last, the Velcro is extremely rough and I am worried about it scratching my son. I paid very little for this, so I guess you get what you pay for.
