Skippy creamy peanut butter is the best peanut butter in the world. I know a lot of people like Jiffy, but my preference is Skippy. I remember eating Skippy peanut butter when I was a child. I am now 81 years old and still eating Skippy peanut butter. Yum Yum.
Beats Jif by a mile - it's way creamier, tastes just as "peanuty" and is more real to me, meaning it actually separates some of the peanut oil if it sits around a while, kind of like natural PB does. Jif is always the same too thick gloppy mess regardless of how long it hangs around the cabinet. PB shouldn't tear a piece of Wonder bread in the middle when you try to spread it - Jif does, Skippy doesn't.
I love this peanut butter. Creamy or chunky, both are very good tasting. I've tried several others, both store and name brands, but always come back to Skippy. It's a favorite staple in my house; I love it on a toasted English muffin, on crispy celery, or just out of the jar with a spoon! It's got a great peanut taste and is on the sweet side, but not too sweet. It has a smooth texture and is easy to spread. My dog loves it too—he added the fifth star on this review.
I lived through the last of the Depression and all of World War II when meats and treats were not available to my family. This peanut butter helped with necessary protein, and mixed with honey provided a tasty and nutritious treat. I still enjoy it and eat it often.
Been eating Skippy since I was a child. I'll be turning 74 this year and recommend this brand over any others. Much more tasty and creamier than all the other brands on the market. I remember when I was a child, I experimented. I made a PB%26J with Skippy and added slices of a Banana, try it, you'll love it
I am obsessed with this peanut butter. It can be used for so many different things. dipping fruit or vegetables in it, speading it on different types of bread, making baked products, and my quirky favorite, leaving a small jar next to my bed. If you ever get the munchies at night, a spoonful of this delishesness will quell that urge.
I've tried other peanut butters but Skippy continues to be our favorite for taste. We now use the creamy due to aging teeth but we used to always eat the crunchy kind. And considering how many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches we make this 2 pack makes for good value for the money.
I love peanut butter, especially Skippy's. Just right amount of sugar (not too sweet) right amount of salt (not too salty) nice and creamy easily spreads without it tearing the bread apart:
We purchase this peanut butter as a pantry staple at our house. This most recent purchase was for a food drive at my child's school. It is a good value
Not a fan of the increased price. It should never cost 10 dollars plus for a 2 pack! Their is many other products that I have seen they increased the price. It wasn't too long ago you could buy a 2 pack for 7 dollars. I paid 12 dollars . Buy now while the price doesn't go up more! I love the peanut butter but the price is a rip off!
