Soft practice swings - square up that clubface
Fill it properly and best used with slower, smoother swings to practice squaring the clubface at impact - smooth arm swing with proper wrist-release timing. Not meant to be hit as hard as you can.

The impact bag is great. It's a great training tool as well and a great stress reliever. A few whacks and I feel much better. Bet my blood pressure lowers too.

Good results
since starting to use this, have come to understand getting iron head closed at impact, which has helped with striking. now have better control on open or closed face.

SKLZ Doesn't Hold UP
The price was reasonable and it was easy to pick-up the item at our local Walmart. However the quality of the item is inferior. I used the SKLZ Smash bag for four days and the seam broke. I am 80 years old and do not have the power of a younger amateur golfer so I don't understand why the seam would give in after this short period of use. I'm sending it back because it is still under warranty.
