Have only used once. Worked fine but why on earth wouldn't the design allow the propane tank to fit on the bottom shelf?? Curious to see if the grill top holds up.

The price was right but when I got the box it looked like it had been dropped and thrown around then opened it to find out It’s chipped. I haven’t even opened the stand cause it looks like it was hit with a forklift.

i ordered my griddle for my husband for fathers Day, and i got the top part but not the stand or the shelves. I e mailed the seller and asked if i got the wrong thing or was i expecting another delivery. i was supposed to be contacted within 48 hours. i never heard anything, so i e mailed it again and told them how unprofessional they were. i did finally receive the stand, but I had to worry if the fathers day gift i had thought i bought for my husband was only going to be the griddle top!! still never got contacted by anyone....BAD BUSINESS!!!! wont order through them ever again!

Very poor service, product delivered with dents. Walmart sent email to seller no response at all. Will never order from this seller again.

this thing is a piece of, %23%23%23%23%23. IT arrived a day early yah. I finally had time and help to put it together today. I'm 71 and I need help anyway. even if I was younger, I would have needed help.. Should have stopped when I saw the dent in the basket shelve, also in the burner case. I wanted it for Labor Day, so I continued. My grandson and I had a very hard time lining up the screws to their other half, because some of them were ovals. then we discover you have to hold the grill in place with the shelf and the leg to screw in the bolt, from the underside of the shelf. that's a joke. we finely got all but one in and can't get the last bolt in to tighten just keep popping out. thank goodness I knew better than tighten the bolts until it was all put together or it would have been even a bigger pain to take apart. So, you are getting it back, I'm going to get another manufacture. the screw you see sticking out in picture four. is holding the burning The manual is poorly written and none if the pares are marked for which is which. would have been nice to have the legs marked front or back.

We received the item most of the parts were not labeled, so it's very difficult putting together then when we finally figure it out how to put it together, the screws were not going in so on one side we have a screw sticking halfway out and the top screw will not go in at all
