Just what I needed
Exactly what I needed. I'm currently in Physical therapy and I use this machine at home. Having trouble with patellar tracking and I need this machine for strengthening and cardio. It's sturdy and works great. I'm short so I really do like the adjustable seat.

Great machine
Love that it folds up perfectly and can stand against my wall. Love this machine. It uses your own weight at first and you can add up to 3 bands for resistance. Counter and timer and calorie counter is very motivating. Motion activated. Love love

Extremely sturdy bike
I love my new bike! I broke my leg back in February and that was exactly what I needed to do proper rehab and get my cardio going again.

FUN TO RIDE
Easy to assemble and I find it works more of the body than a bike. Arms, legs, are all involved. Also does not take up a large footprint.

directions suck!
directions are horrible, pieces were not labbled like most things to put together, not even in the directions can u tell what some of the pieces are. so it made it a bit difficult to put together. its not exactly as is in the pic. the bands are different. the left foot piece wont screw in so i cant even use it till i can get help with that. and honestly im kind of worried it wont be sturdy enough for me lol but we will see. once i can actually use it
