Loved the product but when I got it the 1st week the back brakes quit working then a week later the place where u charge it was loose and now I'm not able to charge scooter I wanted to get another one for ahold of DC the people that sells them and they were jerks they don't wanna send me a box or label so I can get another one at sell price they want me to purchase one for an extra 150 bucks original price! Not a good company they would rather rip ya off

I love this thing easy to use and get to work. Super fast. Still testing to see if it goes 18mph. Easy to set up. Love I get to use a key to start it up.wish you can adjust the handle bars so I can bring them up some . They seems super low but otherwise this is good to get to work. Still testing to see , everything. Love the bright light to see in the dark.

The connection of the handlebars to the drint tire was supposed to be fairly easy. It was not. We had to tighten it so much we almost broke the tool that came with it. Not very clear instruction pamphlet. I returned it after only riding it barely around the block.

My 8-year old loves this scooter, but the charging port is defective. Read the reviews before you purchase. Apparently, this is a common problem. Also, the max speed is 14 mph. More than fast enough for my son, but no where near the advertised 18 mph.

Received late and looked as if it's been used and repackaged. parts bag was open and missing instructions manual. Once received the manaul from sender. Super easy to put together. But was missing the most important part that held the handle bar together in order to steer. So went to home depot and had to find a part to rig it with. Didnt want to return it because my son was out of patience. Cool scooter so far if everything ran smoothly and if I didn't received it in the condition it's in

My cousin ordered this to help her get around nearby areas. No transportation. It was an okay scooter but the handle bars were very loose and not aligned well with the front tire. Not a very comfortable ride so we returned this item. Could be good for someone else but wasn't what we expected.

I bought it after a lot of search and saw the reviews on it,after few use it start to stop completely because the motor is hot and you have to wait till be cool,hill forget it by legs only,make noise when drive it,back brake not working,im disappointed either it look nice.

I've gotten this little scooter with the intent of going to work and back days I cannot get a ride. The assembly was not hard to do and the scooter charged quickly. On a single charge I can ride up to 30 minutes to work at least 2 or 3 times before the battery drops by a line. it is small but zips by quick and is comfortable to ride. I have no issues with it. j am 5'5" and 125lbs and this little thing runs wonders, easy to bring to my work breakroom as well to just sit out of the way of others. It is a little heavy but not too extreme where it cannot be lifted. This is good for those who need to get from point A to point B and some places in between. I am happy with this purchase!

This was a nice ride for the one time I got to ride without issues. On my second ride I got a flat tire; had a mechanic look at it and I was told the valve on the rear tire needed to be replaced or the tire would not retain any air that I put in. Notify the manufacturer to stop rushing through the build if they want to avoid bad reviews on the scooter!!!

Do not buy this. Since it has an 18 mile range I completely charge the battery after having to walk 3 miles to my local Walmart to buy an air pump because the tires came flat. I've been took the scooter out on a ride after fully charging, it is when a total of 5 miles and died. While leaving this review, I am currently stranded and walking over 4 1/2 miles away from my house. Get back home because your machine didn't work right. Do not spend the money save it double it and buy a good scooter.
