This is by far the best blade Skull Shaver has made. The blade is a little faster than any other blade I've used. I get a closer shave with this blade and it has lasted me over 6 months I use my blade ever other day and I'm still getting a close shave.

I have been using the skull shaver platinum with the 5 head cutters for approximately 1 1/2 years. I use it every 3 days and am very happy with the result. The only negative that I have is my first powerhead wore out in about a year and a half. Skull shaver researched the purchase and promptly issued a RA#. I purchased a second unit and am still waiting for the initial unit to be serviced/replaced and returned to me. I have recommended the skull shaver platinum to my customers and they have also purchased the product. I appear to have more sensitive skin and like the 5 head better then the 4 cutter heads.

This product- for me- has been by far the best thing I have ever used on my head! I will NEVER use anything other than the Pitbull head shaver for the rest of my days. The smoothness- the quality- and the design are far beyond any other brand or product like it!

As someone that loves the feel of a stubble and completely smooth scalp- this piece is perfect for just that. After using the PRO Head for the initial shave- I'll come back over with this. It does a fantastic job of clean up and of smoothing out those weird ridges of the scalp.

I've been a skull shaver customer for 3 years. I've been a Baron 4x guy the first 2 purchases. But they weren't available. So I went with Baron 5x . The thing I like about the Baron 5x is it contours the head nicely. The thing I think that is not as good as the Baron 4x. Is that I can't open it up as easy for a thorough clean out. But they both shave just as close and nick free equally. So they're both winners in my book

First let me say I love my Pitbull Gold it's a very good shaver, I just recently bought the Baron 5 blades for it and they do a very good job but definitely not as close as a wet shave razor and gel, in all fairness I haven't tried my pitbull with shaving gel or in the shower, maybe I'd get a closer shave? Anyway I'll update if I get better results but overall I'm happy with the product it's much faster than doing a blade & gel shave. I recommend this product!

seems to not clean up as easy as the 4 blade center blade has alit of trapped hair.

Purchased this 5 headed replacement blade and figured it would work better then the 4 headed replacement blade (the one that came with my Pittbull Gold) since it had an extra blade. I was wrong- the 4 headed blade works better and that's the one ill be using (which it works great but again just thought the 5 headed one would do better with the extra blade). Also the 5 headed blade is harder to clean- you have to remove each blade to clean. Which it did't come with instructions on how to do it.

The product seems to perform much less than the one I ordered and shows in the picture. It's a different model.
