Crap customer relations
This company Skybound would not exchange the spring size I ordered by the trampoline size not by spring count they wouldnt exchange or refund it even after I took it into walmart they told me it wouldnt be a problem witht he company but yhey may not take the one they sent back I'm like well i just need an less spring count trampoline they say oh no problem well still no trampoline! so my grandkids been out of school with no trampoline to use %26 I cant afford another one!

This has no bounce. Where your feet land, the mat leaves an indentation. Do not recommend
