Skylight Frame: 10-inch Wifi Digital Picture Frame, Email Photos from Anywhere, Touch Screen Display

I not only LOVE my Skylight Frame, but their customer service is beyond compare! I was having some difficulty with my internet and Skylight working together which was not Skylight's fault and they worked with me very patiently i might add, until the problem was resolved! They are an excellent company with an outstanding product!

We had gotten a skylight for my grandma during covid, and it was especially great to have it when she moved to the nursing home. When she was moving the frame wasn't working and customer service went out of their way to get us back up and running. We ended up getting one for my mom now, too! She doesn't have Facebook and this way she can still always see our photos and memories. The grandkids (and big kids!) love watching the frame when at her house.

Both customer service people I worked with were really great. And we love our Skylight the kids gave us for Christmas. Even though our children and grandchildren are far away, we can still enjoy all that they are doing with the pictures the kids send us!

Many years ago we received the frame and loved it. To our surprise it stopped working but when we called customer service they informed us they would be sending us a new one at no charge. I highly recommend Skylight for their great product and fantastic customer service.

Exceptional customer service in handling a problem where the Wi-Fi would no longer connect to my Wi-Fi or hotspot. A new photo frame was sent and customer service helped me retrieve all my pictures from the old frame. I have always recommended Skylight to all my friends but now not only will I recommend the product but the company that stands by the product.

Purchased my 90 year old grandma this frame for Mother's Day and she absolutely loves it. She doesn't do technology much and has no problem with this. She loves seeing all the photos and videos sent from relatives all over that she previously waited for hard copy photos in the mail from. Very user friendly. Highly recommended.

The Skylight Frame has become such an enjoyable part of our house that I noticed instantly when it quit one day. I reached out to the company for advice. The nicest lady I've ever dealt with in customer support confirmed it was defunct and replaced it! Three days later we were back in business. Good product, great people!

My Skylight frame is perfect for displaying memories. The frame is always on and everyone can see the pics when they're at my home. We received it as a gift and couldn't be happier. We had an issue with it and customer service was awesome and replaced it. Thanks for a great product!

I love my new Skylight frame. It's user friendly and the photos are very clear. I haven't utilized all the different settings, but I might later on. So far, I love the rotation. I would definitely recommend or buy as a gift. It's not necessarily just for kids, I use it for photos of friends and family. You can also take photos of children's artwork to display.

This works well and has great quality output for the price. My reason for giving it only 4 stars is because it is not intuitive to share the link to other users and very difficult to get on. Also, you pay for the unit but some features are only available for an annual fee. Like sharing videos or being able to set the unit to shut off at a certain time every day. I don't like that the full functionality is not paid for. And some things didn't work until we paid the annual subscription but there was not prompt that the reason was because you have to pay an annual subscription so we were going in circles trying to get things to work.
