Really poor customer service and communication!
I am deeply disappointed, I ordered this item and it was never delivered, I called about the item and after the person on the phone figured out about my order she informed me it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. Nothing had been communicated to me, there was no email, nothing in the package indicated anyhing at all. And there was no apology or anything, just a yep we don't have it and we canceled the order? WOW!
