the written instructions were unclear. I had to utube the assembly instructions. the screws won't stay tight, tools that were included were painful in the hand, my husband bent the wrenches while tightening the nuts and screws. the fenders fell off while riding.

The bike is nice for the price but the instructions are awful. They aren't even for the right bike the videos won't work. It's a long frustrating process to put it together.

The bike is made for a child not an adult. We were so disappointed especially after my brother in law spent an entire day putting it together. It was very difficult.

Very disappointing. This clearly stated easy assembly. It was not. It is pretty much pictures that don't line up with the words they wrote to tell you how to assemble it. We spent nearly 2 1/2 hours to put it together and went to put air in the tires only to found the rear tire is defective and literally exploded. Now I have a child who is crying because he can't ride his new bike because nothing is open on Christmas to go buy a new tire. Also, part of the rear frame was slightly bent. I'd recommend to the company to redo their instructions book more clearly

Missing screws and now I have to wait weeks to get them from china, can't even drive the bike😢ridiculous

Instructions aren’t accurate and it is missing bolts so I can’t even put it together. I emailed the company and they still haven’t reached back out to me

this bike is so hard to put together. we having been trying for 2 days and still not able to complete the assembly. 1 st the directions included were for another bike completely. we had to watch YouTube videos to help us through it which weren't completely easy to follow. we finally finished around midnight. next day we decided to inflate the tires and omg nope the tires won't inflate. the front tire over inflate after countless attempts for the store to stay in. now the front fender rubs against the tire and u can't ride without a very loud noise or feeling like you are riding with the brakes on. ok take it off its just decoration. now the back tires are over inflating meaning popping out from the sides as if it's too much air. but if you deflate it it's too low to ride.

Instructions were hard to understand. Could not get front tire to air up, while putting air in tube the tire would jump off the wheel. Tried several times even bought new tube but still the same problem. Tried to contact company, they replied requesting a video but couldn't get it to send. Also would be very helpful if they had a video to watch on how to assemble their product.

I am upset parts was missing wrong bike was sent plus I had to take it to a shop to get the parts they did not have it so I had to set it and pay the shop to put it all together because the bike axle was damaged of being no good when you paddle . The box came it was damaged as well . I had to give it a star just to post

Item was delivered wih missing parts. i took the delivered box to walmary for assembly and they told me that thwy could not do it because the seller did not include an important piece and therefor had to return right there.
