Best budget friendly pc ever. It's beyond customizable and so easy to troubleshoot for games requiring additional settings. There's plenty of room in the case to add additional storage.

LOVE THIS! This is such a great computer for the price it's selling for. This runs all my games so smoothly. There's absolutely nothing i would change about this PC. I don't know much about the specs but i play a wide variety of games and ive run into no issues as far as performance. Also it came with a RGB wired keyboard and mouse which was a total surprise!

I bought this PC because it was perfectly in my budget. Ill make this short for everyone, this is a amazing PC, if your looking go play all new and old titles at good quality and good FPS, then this PC will do the job, and it's easily the best purchase I've ever made, 10/10 would recommend.

The computer itself is great! Had a minor issue where the fans were not hooked up, so they were not running at all for the first hour I had the PC on. However, after going online and doing some digging, I figured it out. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are pretty basic and were replaced the next day with a nicer set.

I absolutely love this computer. I bought it for my son and I have an older skytec gaming computer. This new one loads faster and runs smoother than anything I've used before. My son can get into a room on fortnite a few minutes faster than I can load the environment on my older skytec. I may have to buy another one of these to keep up!

This is my first PC, easy to unbox, easy to set up, and easy to use. Looks extremely nice on my desk, comes with a nice amount of USB plugs. When the fans turn on its slightly loud, but nothing crazy or distracting. I didn't even notice until my husband mentioned it to me and he said it wasn't crazy loud at all, he just noticed it. Games play nicely and smooth, I have played Hogwarts, Disney Dream light, Minecraft, Warframe, and Forza. No complaints at all. I also use the PC for work (digital designing and editing) I do use an external drive for storage for work but the PC handles the software nicely. My husband has built all his own PCs since childhood and he's amazed at how good this PC is, especially for the price. We completely recommend, especially for first timers.

I bought the Shadow 4 for my son as his first gaming PC he absolutely loves it. It has a great design, a very good graphics card and a lot of other features that are honestly gibberish to me. However, when looking for a PC and trying to understand what it was I needed to purchase the technical department was first class! Not only did they take the time to explain everything as well as compare different components and PC's they also put together 3 lists of all the other accessories needed (1 excellent 2 great 3 good) to complete a gaming system. Even including links to all the items and a detailed description of what each was and how they worked. I was blown away by this company and the amazing people that work within it!! This place is definitely where you should spend your money when buying a gaming PC

Printer looks nice and came with a nice mouse and keyboard. The computer will not allow anything down download and keeps give an error and freezing down. I have emailed support last week with no response so far. I am hoping they can tell me how to fix it or send a replacement as I have been unable to fully use the PC.
