Good gaming computer, was well pakaged and easy to setup. Worked no issues. the only con was ports where slightly off center, if it was more off it would be a issue, but it wasn't.

Great product for the money, it can play whatever game I want it to, whether it's Minecraft or even hogwarts legacy. Pretty nice case and easy to clean out.

This is the perfect gaming computer! Trust me , we have tried other brands and this brand is the absolute best !The value is amazing too! My family will only use Skytech and they are all gamers.

Havent open it yet because it is a Christmas present for my son, but it arrived well packaged and arrived sooner than expected. Excellent experience so far.

The computer works great keyboard when I got it one key didn't work they immediately sent me a new one. On Friday at like 4 pm I sent the email I think at like 5 I had a guy calling to send me the new Keyboard got it the next Monday or Tuesday. Couldn't ask for better service currently playing Wow on it while watching streams all at close to if not max settings and runs fine. Wifi was a little touchy but my router is above my stairs so if I hard lined it would probably work faster but am able to get 100-200 mbps download and upload speed.

Overall great computer that I'm pleased with and would buy again. There are a few minor issues that prevented me from giving it 5 stars: The skytech gaming keyboard that came with it did not work, the power cable to the case fans was disconnected on arrival, the pc takes a couple minutes to boot up (longer than expected), the sleep and hibernate functions do not work, it crashed 1 time in the first month

Works great, looks good. But the bluetooth seems abit iffy? It might just be an easy driver problem, but I dont really use bluetooth anyway so its fine.

Its a great computer for price. My only complaint is I was hoping for a 5060ti with 16gb of ram and not 8. And more than 1tb ofssd storage. But for the price the computer performs as it should. It just might need upgraded a little sooner than some with better parts or memory!

I had this for a little bit of time. At first when the black outs began I thought it was me pressing key combinations or something. Until it happened while i was searching online. So a day at a time I will try to figure out why it keeps shutting down randomly. I haven't tried contacting the seller just yet.

Had it for only 5 days and it stopped working it turns on then says your pc has ran into a problem and needs to restart.
