Computer was dead on arrival, computer didn't work, received replacement computer working like a charm, very happy with replacement computer. SkyTech will stand by their products.

Easy set-up. Booted up properly out of the box. Runs great.

Everything was packed great. Had some expanding foam inside to protect the guts. Everything was installed where it should be and wires were securely fastened. Booted up without any issues and plays perfectly. No complaints.

Bought this as my backup/sim rig computer and it does that fantastically. All solid name brand parts from motherboard to gpu. Would recommend as this was very competitive price and value vs other brands and companies.

This is an ethical company that among other things has great prebuilt PCs. I am loving my computer. Highly recommend them.

I purchased a SkyTech Prism3 desktop gaming pc and very excited to install some flight simulators that I like. I'm very sure this gaming pc will go beyond my expectations. So far I am pleased. I bought this as a Christmas present for my teenage son, and he is over the moon! It is very sleek looking and performs beautifully. The cost is a little higher than I would have liked to spend, but when we priced out the individual parts to possibly build a similar setup on our own, this was pretty close in overall price. It also runs very quietly, even when playing some demanding games. With 13 total fans, I thought that it would be crazy loud, but it's not. Very happy about that! I can't really speak to longevity yet, but so far, we have been very happy!

What an excellent experience. The system was well packaged and everything arrived as expected. All connections were tight, and it powered up without incident. The only word I can think of to explain this PC is "Wow". It doesn't care what you throw at it or at what settings. Probably my favorite thing is games, and serious work can be done without the fan noise drowning out your thoughts. All those fans do the trick. This is one quiet, cool, and fast system.

This prebuilt is awesome I love it. It looks great and runs great. My 1 and only complaint and the reason its not 5 stars is the fact that on the website it says that the motherboard is a B650 and it is BUT its an B650EM so no 2.5Gb ether which is most common on these so I was a little disappointed in that. A little more transparency would've been nice but literally everything else is fantastic.

I had to find the actual instructions regarding the case and how to disassemble it to remove packing. Although I figured it out. I think a specified quick set up guide for each model/case would negate confusion and intimidation. Thank you guys!
