Skywalker Outdoor 14 Round Bright Blue Trampoline with Wind Stakes (Box 1/2) [26832646]

When I ordered this I was most nervous about whether we'd get both boxes and if all of the pieces would be in them. Good news! We did get both boxes, though they did come two days apart. Box 2 of 2 is heavier than box one and was starting to come apart, but it had been taped up and thankfully no pieces were lost (this box came last and I wonder if it's because the drivers had trouble with the box coming apart). I'm thinking they've updated the instructions because we thought they were great! We did watch the Skywalker video to get an idea of how it went together, but we used the instructions carefully, too. We're the type that like to build IKEA furniture, if that tells you anything, and we had zero problems with putting this together following the instructions. Loved the little notes in the instructions like when we were about halfway through and it suggested we take a snack break (fact: never try to build stuff if you're hungry). And at the beginning, it said, "You've got this. You're the best trampoline assembler around. This may not be the easiest thing you've ever done...but it will be worth it. Trust us." This trampoline was a lot easier to put together than our old one. It took about an hour and a half. The directions and pictures were very helpful. It is very sturdy and I like how the netting is in front of the springs (our old one wasn't). My only complaint is that the screws that attach the netting to the top stick out some and they face the inside of the trampoline. We are going to cover them with a pool noodle but I think they need to make the screws a little shorter. Other than that we love it!

Very happy with item so far. As long as you follow directions, it is not difficult to assemble. Ordered Skywalker Trampoline before Christmas, received one box, then item was canceled. Ordered second time, same thing again! Third time ordered, we received item.

We've had this a little under a year (July 2020) and the legs and trampoline seem to be holding up (mind you, with fairly limited use) but the protector for the springs tore apart from the ties almost immediately. We've resorted to using twine to wrap around and keep the cover on the tramp. Also several springs bent and fell off.

They sent one wrong piece, the fitting was round instead of square and had 6 holes instead of 7, so we can't even put the thing together. It was suppose to be a Christmas present but we were only able to set it up 1/2 way before running into the issue and not being able to finish…. Plus the box came damaged and they tried to mend it by adding a Walmart box to the bottom and taping it up. How do I file a complaint and get the correct piece we are missing??

Horrible! Kids early Christmas gift because of the year we have all had thats why I gave to them early. Set up today took a bit the bouncer part measured out 12 feet! This is a problem because we bought the 14 foot one. Called they said sorry we are out of stock and there is nothing we can do. You can take it all apart and send it back for a refund. What is weird I am on Walmarts website right now and they are still for sale? I am so mad!

My son is 48 pounds and the legs come off the ground when he jumps. It came with two wind stakes. If my tiny 6 year old can move this thing imagine what wind can do. Waste of money, buy something else.

I love the website it just the people I talked to about my order it took away everything they could have saved me a lot trouble they only made it worse because they don't know about the products sorry for the low rate

we haven't set it up yet, but it was delivered in a torn box, to the middle of my yard. Very poor customer service on the delivery end. hopefully the trampoline is not broken when we set it up
