Delivery sucked
Haven't put it together. Delivery was delayed a day. Came in two boxes. Destroyed. Delivery guy was like if anything's missing get with Walmart and put them by my garage. Will update once put together. It's a Christmas present tho.

Never received it all.
I received 1 box out of 2. I've been getting the run around for the past 3 weeks. We now have to return the box we did get. Unfortunately, we won't be purchasing the item again. It was on sale for 50% off so we're not willing to pay full price for it. The box we did receive was very damaged. We are disappointed.

It is missing the basket ball hoop and ball and I can't find anyone to assist

Over the years I bought several of this brand and all have been fantastic. This one was not the same! Many broken parts already! Which makes it unsafe and unusable
