missing hardware
Did not have any of the hardware or plastic end covers. I had to make a trip to the local hardware store. It was a $10 purchase, not worth the aggregation of returning. I guess you get what you pay for. I really don't understand why trampolines don't automatically come with ladders.

It's a fine ladder and it's plenty sturdy. But one of the rungs had a big metal lip on the bottom of the hole. So the side pole took massive effort to get through the hole and now the side pole is scratched to crap.
