Skywalker Trampolines Outdoor 14 Round Bright Blue Wind Stakes (Box 2/2) [26832646]

We've owned two Skywalker Trampolines in the past. We love the quality behind the name. And we are big Star Wars fans as well. The low price made it a simple decision.

Pretty good trampoline very happy with the quality and the price definitely was good. Perfect for Christmas for my kiddos.

The 14ft size is the first thing I love about this trampoline. Was easy enough to put together, just make sure to read the instructions. I wish the weight limit was more than 300lbs. Love that it has the netting. The zipper on the entrance is well made and also has latches that go over the zipper. My kids have gotten on it everyday since putting it together! Overall, it's good quality. I did have issues with the shipping which has nothing to do with the product, but keep that in mind when purchasing. We had to contact the company to replace missing parts, as the box was damaged from shipping. All of the poles were missing the second hole the net attaches to as well.

They ship the trampoline into boxes the first box got here Friday and then the second box didn't get here until the following Monday and the second box was tore up completely and I'm missing a bag of 14 Springs they ship through FedEx and it's not OK. They should not ship their products through FedEx anymore.

The parts received to assemble the trampoline do not match up. We kept going hoping it wouldn't be too much of a problem, but when it came time to screwing it all together is when it became worthless because we couldn't screw anything together. Two of the poles came bent so we used a hammer to fix one of them, but overall it was a complete failure.

My husband and I spent two hours putting this trampoline together. Stripped nails were an issue and getting it hooked all around was a nightmare. We finally managed to get it put together and one of the pipes breaks. Now this trampoline looks like a giant taco in our backyard. Our two year old was devastated that she couldn't jump on it because it's broken. Customer service isn't open on Friday's or the weekend, so now we (and our very unhappy toddler) will have to wait for them to be open on Monday and send us new parts. Will upload a picture when it's light outside.

We've had this for about a month and one of the poles that support the net has fully bent in half. When assembling it, half the pieces didn't fit together properly and we had to request replacements and hammer/file things to get it together. Now this happened and it's no longer useable because the net just sags down. We can return it but what a giant pain. Disassembling a trampoline and trying to pack it up and haul it to a shipping place. Please save yourself the trouble and order a different brand.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this. It's not worth the hassle. Received box 1 of 2 and got the run around about box 2 of 2. Never received it and bought a different one that comes all together.

The bars holding up the net are very fragile and broke after only a couple weeks. Ordered replacement bars and they dont fit. Would never buy this again
