We bought a Skywalker trampoline for our 12‑year‑old daughter, but were very disappointed to find that the advertised size is misleading. The trampoline is measured from the outer frame, not the jumping surface, so the actual usable area is about two feet smaller in both width and length. Our previous 13‑foot trampoline had much more space for gymnastics and tumbling.
The ordering and delivery experience was equally frustrating. Only one of the two boxes arrived, and after several calls Skywalker determined the second box was lost. Weeks later they located a replacement and shipped it, which finally allowed us to schedule assembly. That part went great thanks to Angi's List.
However, a week later another Box 2 showed up at our door. We contacted Skywalker multiple times asking for a return label, but they refused to take it back and told us to dispose of it ourselves. The extra box weighs around 100 pounds and is far too large for our car or garbage, meaning we'll have to pay a hauling company just to get rid of it.
Overall, disappointing product sizing and customer service that leaves the buyer holding the bag
