Skywalker Trampolines Signature Series 15'x9' Rectangle Trampoline with Safety Enclosure Net - Premium Outdoor Recreational Trampoline for Kids & Adults

Love this trampoline definitely worth paying a little more would definitely buy again but holds so well I don't think I ever will

Great space for our All Star cheerleader to practice her tumbling! Nice even bounce, beautiful design and simple enough to put together. Great delivery too.

I like that the net was already attached to the trampoline. It felt way better quality than our last trampoline. It was super easy to install and very solid.

Trampoline is awesome! It is very spacious and a really high bounce. I removed one star because the directions were not super clear, but the product itself is great.

Great product and kids are having a blast

Kids love it very nice and safe for are one year old

We bought a Skywalker trampoline for our 12‑year‑old daughter, but were very disappointed to find that the advertised size is misleading. The trampoline is measured from the outer frame, not the jumping surface, so the actual usable area is about two feet smaller in both width and length. Our previous 13‑foot trampoline had much more space for gymnastics and tumbling. The ordering and delivery experience was equally frustrating. Only one of the two boxes arrived, and after several calls Skywalker determined the second box was lost. Weeks later they located a replacement and shipped it, which finally allowed us to schedule assembly. That part went great thanks to Angi's List. However, a week later another Box 2 showed up at our door. We contacted Skywalker multiple times asking for a return label, but they refused to take it back and told us to dispose of it ourselves. The extra box weighs around 100 pounds and is far too large for our car or garbage, meaning we'll have to pay a hauling company just to get rid of it. Overall, disappointing product sizing and customer service that leaves the buyer holding the bag

Ordered 9x15 rectangular and they shipped a 15' round. They wouldn't allow a home pickup return so I had to load up the heavy boxes and take to Walmart. Refund took a week to receive. Communication from Skywalker was horrible. They would respond in the middle of the night and the emails seemed like they were written by 10 year olds - did not address the issues at all. Stay away from this seller!

Purchased as a gift. Once put together, I discovered numerous missing parts, reached out to manufacture (who also is the 3rd party seller) several times now and have not heard anything back. Now past my return window for an 800 item that I can't even use.

inadequate pachagung resulting in product damage . . .reaching out to Skywalker "not our problem"" inventory all and tell us what you need". FedEx should never have delivered it, but they were too quick for us to refuse delivery.
