Basically it was sent as a gift. In a different town , So , there are some questions I can not answer. However I hear it's working well and they are happy with product
Does exactly what I need in removing hair. And I can charge this one. The first one sent to me I had to put batteries in it??? Leaves skin clear of unwanted hair. Be cognizant of hair growth or will have nasty bump. Cosmetology lesson from me included. Hah.
I love that it is rechargeable….I've had similar items in the past that were battery operated but they were'nt as powerful as this one is…
Was suppose to get a razor with 2 replacement blades. Did not get the one I ordered. No replacement blades
It doesn't work like the ones you don't charge. I hate these. Then there are some you can't get the refill tops. I use mine daily but can't get satisfied anymore.
Ordered this one for the color and replacement blades specifically, Walmart sent me a completely different one, no brand on it, no replacement blades, only the machine and charger.
it worked ok at first but smelled electrical while using it. then stopped working after a few chin hairs only. recharged-didnt help. completely dead after very limited use.
It arrived on time. Was so excited. Used it immediately. Then finished taking everything out of box only to discover the charging cord is missing! Of course, now I have to go return it. Not a happy camper.
i received a flawless brand razor.. i didnt order this razor.. this one has no extra heads and no charge cord. also no brush t clean it. its a different brand completly Did a five year old box it . Walmart gave me credit but. i really wanted theone ordered
I did not get what was pictured. I texted to let you know and you said you would get back to me. Didn't hear anything so emailed again. Still haven't heard anything. The one I received does not have the extra heads. Hope to hear from you this time. See picture of what I received not same
